Chill and Breath of Winter do stack, because they do different things. Chill causes fatigue and occasionally turns people blue (which makes them slow). Breath of Winter causes damage. It may be that Breath of Winter causes the Chill effects also. But in any case BoW is a big upgrade over Chill. Both are cold effects and are negated by cold resistance.

Restart sounds good to me, but I need for Aggrajag to go anon before I can kick him off. The better solution may be for me to create a new game to the same specs and stop this one.

I'll do that if I don't hear a better answer in the next hour or two.
