inland can work for r'lyeh, though its not great. there are 4 connected water provinces, and its in a great location able to strike out in all sorts of directions.

he is around bec he did his turns in other games, i just hope he gets the pm in time

Well, if he stales on turn 1, maybe we can just consider it a well deserved handicap. Even if he's forgotten us on turn one, I'm sure he'll remember us before turn 2 comes due.
