AI using MCs

Looks like a conflict between Master Computer and Cloak Level abilities. AI just won't use MC instead of piles of B/LS/CQ, although it should.

I removed Cloak Level from Autonomous Construct and AI use it without problems.

PS: nice cake (ex-pie)!

edit: it turned out, that it was a cake, not a pie. confusing.
