So, any bets on who gets Pan's enchantment bonus site? Or is it gone already?

If it's Ermor, I'm sure it's time for holy war! Only, it seems to me that Marignon may have staled a couple already, and this turn seems no exception. Anyone know if my impression is correct?

Pan did move last turn. At least they did invade independents next to my (C'Tis) lands

w/ pangea sort of gone(AI) and marigon stalled sounds like a lot of free land over there. maybe a sub or perhaps Bluebird would like to take over and leave his lands for the vultures
