I have started a new game with some of the newer AI:
Game setup: Medium Mid-Life (modded Version without black holes), Low Tech start (low cost), 5 good planets, Intel OFF, 20000 starting resources, 500ships/3000units. 2000 point empires. The AI has high difficulty and a medium bonus.
turn 10 standings:
me 5th: 27 tech/10 planets/0 units/14 ships/bases 0
Vikings 8th: 49/10/517/18/0
EEEvil 2nd: 47/12/424/15/3
Orks 3rd: 45/10/243/20/4
Aquilaeian 4th: 44/13/517/12/2
Vaxin 1st: 44/13/36/21/2
Minbari 6th: 41/17/17/14/3
Cephalopeia 7th: 37/12/45/19/0
I have made contact with the EEEvil and the Vaxin. Both are murderous towards me and the Vaxin have just declared war.
