Why didn't the ghost king rout?

Oh, there's the rare possibility that your commander will rout due to fear or wounds or something, but generally commanders have enough morale to stay and fight. Your use of SC confused me 'Cause SCs almost never rout because of this, the very large majority having morale 30 or 50. Firbolgs, niefel jarls, might, I guess, but at least the latter come berserked more often than not
