In SE4 I never used ministers. I enjoyed the challenge of note taking to keep planets on focus and it never seemed too intensive to me. Now with all the clicking I have started looking at the ministers and have wondered if they can be moded, I have even jotted down a note or two on what I would want it to focus on. I hope all of this gets sorted; I really just don�t trust the AI to do my job.
