The best way to play multiplayer is via PBW. Automated hosting, you don't have to be online at the same time, and you can send and receive via email or by the web interface.

If you happen to live on the same LAN, then try:
http://imagemodserver.mine.nu/other/...4autohost2.zip
The tool automatically processes the game for you when all players have played, and can be set to blink your keyboard lights to tell you who has finished their turns (and who should hurry up

).

If you share a drive and both run se4 from the same location, you don't even have to move the files.
