At the very least, every VP province should have a fortress, once anyone is in striking distance.
Preferably, this should involve people casting three red seconds a lot  . That spell is so cool.

Thank you all very much, this has been a very fun game from which i have learned A LOT being my first MP game, especially from my endless clash with Dr.Praetorius. A bad error of mine lead finally Frank to his victory, but i think that's ok after all...thank you again
