Thanks! I'm quite fond of the Serpent Cult military. I think it's my favourite troop setup this far. I'm almost as fond of it's army as I am of its mage/commander setup.
I'm a bit anachronistically bothered with Pythium in general, but individually fond of the nation's troops. I had byzantium in mind when I first made Pythium, but didn't at that time give them a byzantine army, I feel a bit stuck with the roman setup. So serpent cult is more late empire than byzantium. I feel like I need more eras
. Otherwise there is no place for foederati or varangian mercenaries. And that annoys me a bit. Or a new nation with stronger byzantine feel, but that would be a bit meck-ish to fit in the dominions universe at this time.
