Ahem, no, I should not think so. But was has happened can just be guessed without a look into your tech file. Maybe you have removed the area in the game setup settings ? Or you mistakenly have overwritten/copied/pasted something with your new tech areas ?

EDIT: I suggest to forward your techarea file to ATROCITIES [work for you ] together with your images.
