Holy Crap! This is the best patch for modders yet! Look at all those new functions!

Now if he'd just give some love to the component enhancement ability parser... many of the abiltiies that work for components don't seem to have any effect on component enhancements. In any case, I'm gonne be a VERY happy camper with this next patch!
