I am sure that when you sige enemy capitol you do not get full income. More like half of it or even less.

Owner of fort gets admin % of the income. Besieger gets the rest.

You are not supposed to see the exact sites, just the general type of site. I didn't know that you could use F1 to get additional info. It might not be a big issue, since you will probably get the gems soon anyway.

This info may be very useful in many cases. If you know that the province contains some worthless site you may consider not attacking the castle especially if it is well defended. OTOH if you know that reward is great you will aim for it.
However, I don't think it is a bug. I like thinking it is a feature .

Frankly speaking, what I do first after viewing turn messages is viewing "besieged" sites through F1.

If it was a feature you should simply be able to click on that magic site instead of going around like that. So something should be changed, one way or another.
