Unrest Generating Sites

I am guessing it must be the Devil's Den - that is the only one that generates 15 unrest a turn (all the others are 10 or less unrest) and I took it on turn 20 when it had 297 unrest.

Yea, its probably devils den, blood mage enters for 1 devil per month. Had it once in MP myself, it was on nearly 400 unrest when I found it!

Isn't there a fire site that causes unrest? I'm remembering (possibly misremembering) from a SP game long ago...
