When I fire a uragan there is smoke left on map after it's fired. When I move a helicopter over infantry both at high and low altitude they fire at it
What you don't tell us is what kind of PBEM game you are playing whether its a single battle or campaign and what the visibility is.
A save game is always helpful. You can arrange to send the PW privately
