I reinstalled the game, applied the patch,...still get the cant install message with the WPPInst file, but the upgrade file worked fine. I started a game and it showed 72 hours max reaction so that corrected it. Now I am going to play through a game to see if the things I mentioned in the other thread are working correctly.
