As it happens I've volunteered for the task. I talked about it last week with the higher powers that reign over these threads. AFAIK said powers were waiting for a response from Tyrant before deciding the matter.

I've even gave it some thought and am considering options for improving the mgmt of the HoF. First thing that pops to mind is creating a DB and a corresponding program to generate reports.

I'd be lying if I were to say I ain't intimated by the task, but since Tyrant is gone for so long I feel like this is a service the community really needs, so I volunteer; but if someone really wants the task I won't be all too upset
