Spotter Planes

It is different for PBEM games (like artillery). Until I have asked my opponent if he can see the spotter plane he was unaware why I was so good in guessing where to plot the artillery.

Since i never use spotter A/C or most of my opponents in pbem,i was not aware of that

They should not be used in pbem, if they are they get shot down too easily,a waste of air points.
