Well, it's more fun fighting harder opposition.

You can also do the same thing with blade wind against normal troops btw. And the whole concept can be boosted in a variety of ways, for example giving the druid a crystal shield or other booster, setting up a reverse communion, a normal communion with sequani slaves, reinvigoration items, and so on.

The baseline is: precision boosted druids spamming GoH or blade wind is pretty much the strongest card Marverni has, and being a vet subbing in a newbie game it would be unfair not to let you know that.

Keep in mind though that I'm aware of this, you don't know if you'll be fighting those SC or something else next turn.

Given the way your SCs are bouncing around, I have no idea what I'm going to face next turn anyway!

I'm not so sure about blade wind -- isn't that pretty useless against troops with shields? Or decent armor? But it would have been nice against Yomi's hordes if they were still a threat at this point.
