It is a grand old mod under constant development by Hadrian Tyrael Asmodeus Glutinous Maximus Cacophonous Octopus Tiberius Haventine over at www.se.org

Never played it myself, but I think I might have heard someone once mention somewhere that it almost made it into an official SE4 release.

Or something. I'm sure the man himself will fill you in.
