There are 4 files for the B5 Mod, and they can all be found at PBW. There is one file in the Shipsets section, and 3 in the Mods section. The mod is still in development, and the latest Version is for SE4 v1.49.

Can also be found at Snerio/mode forum, then go to Space Empires: IV Data/Sound/Graphic Pages: then go to Page (4).BY PDF, a red face creature on flames.Can download the whole thing at once.ver1.49.27

Proportions is cool, too... makes for a more realistic, epic game... your new colonies don't start out building almost as fast as your homeworld!

The absolute most incredibe Version of SEIV hasn't even been mentioned!! Shame, shame!
Go to PBW and sign up for a game versus humans! No mod compares...

Sorry, javaslinger but I missed your point. Is it right that all human-to-human games play stock SEIV only ? AFAIK, there are few PBW games based on P&N, Babylon5, Proportions...
