Sorry, I beat you to it. I also like to create my own empire, but sometimes it is good to take over a poorly created empire and make it work. It has a tendancy of forcing you to hone your skills.

This game will be designed for quick contact between empires.

This will be a RP game when using communications in game. If it is not incharacter please use the OCC tag.
Outside game communication may only occur after initial contact.
