It has begun......

Ok it's been a little while in coming (my apologies) but here is the next update to the Mod Editor.
So far it is still in an unreleasable stage but just to show you all that it is progressing I have quickly made another screenshot for your viewing.
There are some sections that *wont* be enabled in the first release, just so I can get something out to you all that is usable but rest assured all of the important bits will be there
