Mound King Reanimations?
Seems like I'm seeing a problem with the Mound Fiends. In friendly dominion, with unburied corpses (for instance, this turn, 17) in the province, I've had Mound Fiends set to Reanimate for over 5 turns and ... Nada. Diddly. Deathly Squat.
Shouldn't a Mound Fiends be reanimating something each turn? At a minimum, within 5 turns it seems like it bloody well should have brought something back from the dead, but no. I have carrion springing up (playing CW Pangaea), but not whatever-it-is that Mound Fiends are supposed to reanimate.
(Tried using the search function - but "Mound King" + Reanimation gave lots of pieces of threads that didn't even have the word "Mound" in them, much less Mound King and reanimation in the post or even thread.)
Edit : Replaced "King" with "Fiend" - mound fiends aren't reanimating. Seemed like "King" would be the mighty one, instead of "Fiend", but ah well.

Re: Mound King Reanimations?
My father noticed the same thing yesterday. Does it have to do with the number of unburied corpses?

Re: Mound King Reanimations?
Erm... Mound Kings don't reanimate. Are you sure you don't mean Mound Fiend? I don't think they reanimate either, but I guarantee Mound Kings don't. I even created a single player game and checked my multiplayer game, just to be sure.
Unless there are different sorts of Mound King, that is. I know there are at least two sorts of Wraith Lord(One mounted), so I suppose some Mound Kings(Maybe summoned ones, instead of autosummoned) might have a level or two of unholy. Still, if they've got unholy 2 or higher, you're supposed to be able to pick what they reanimate from a list.
If he's only got one level, or the equivalent, I imagine he'd automatically reanimate soulless, meaning you'd need unburied corpses.
Any of this seem relevant?

Re: Mound King Reanimations?
Oops - I meant Mound Fiend - the D3 one, with the Reanimate ability built in.

If you're playing Pangaea (any theme), Mound Fiends reanimate Manikins, etc. instead of the more usual undead (soulless, ghouls, etc.) And they do reanimate at the same rate as Carrion Lords. I have a New Era game running at the moment I'm writting this, and have half a dozen carrion elephants in my army.

Ah! That explains it - I kept looking, seeing only carrion critters that my carrion cuties and lords were supposed to be bringing, and wondering where the 'normal' undead were.
Thanks!
