Just to confirm that there is no hard cap of 3 events... I just had a turn with 4 good events out of 23 total provinces. None of the events were in provinces I captured that turn.

hi fungal. if you could include the trn file, we could see which events are shown.

It is also possible that a 4th event occur in the same province as the 3rd; there's still a cap, but there are a couple ways this can be exceeded. the basic argument is not affected though: that luck does not scale really beyond 3/turn for large empires, and hence has a diminishing return. Your huge empire will almost always get 3 events max.
