For anyone even remotely interested in being involved in this you may want to get familiar with the April-June 1930 Soviet OOB as that is the units you will be building your Core Force from AND where the White forces, your main opposition, will be taken from.

I would also recommend getting familiar with the US, British and Japanese OOB's from the same time frame as these are the White Force allies.
